This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established allied health provider, offering a structured 2-year training program designed to help you become a confident, capable, all-round Occupational Therapist. The role offers a mix of home-based services across Sydney, supporting clients from Hornsby in the North, Sutherland in the South, Cabramatta in the West and Manly in the East. You’ll also have access to a newly established, fully equipped clinic in Silverwater, featuring a large sensory space and physiotherapy gym. This gives you the opportunity to deliver therapy across both community and clinic-based settings, with excellent resources to support paediatric, neurological and physical disability clients. Salary: $85,000 Super Billables: 4.5 hours per day for first 2 years Location: South-West Sydney Caseload: Paediatrics, Adults, Neuro, Physical disability About the Role You’ll work across a varied caseload, with exposure to paediatrics, neurological rehabilitation and physical disability. The role includes clinic-based therapy, community visits and structured clinical development. The team runs 8-month rotations, helping you gradually build skills across different areas of Occupational Therapy practice. By the end of the 2-year program, you’ll have strong confidence across a broad caseload rather than being limited to one area.
